Thank you for your interest in my services. I offer free quotes but need to see the physical object in order to provide one. There are a multitude of problems that can be hidden by a frame and the paint, ink or other media used always need to be tested to make sure that they will withstand treatment. I usually ask for pictures to be delivered to my studio and left so that I can do tests to assess what treatment is possible. However I am also happy to have pictures sent to me.
